Select One of the children is hit me many times.

Describe I was in the Mohmmad bin Khalifa School; it was very calm day at the beginning, I was with the kids in the morning assembly and everything was fine, than in the period 6, the teacher took the kids to see the ambulance it was a safety presentation. After that when we came back to the classroom on of the boys does not want to go back to classroom. When I ask him to enter to the class he started to say bad word to me I try to ignore him. I back to the classroom to write a report about his behavior to the social worker, then when I wanted to go to give the report to the social worker he try to take the paper out of my hand but when he can’t take the paper he started to hit and batch me then he tore the paper. I tell the social work what exactly happened, the principal of the school Ms. Amal give him the last warning and she called his mother.

Analyze I think that not just this child is the only one is has a behavior problem in the school, but almost children are have a same problem and the biggest reason for this is comes from the administration of the school because they care about the students affairs so much.

Appraise This experience was bad for me, but I learned a lot which makes me able to solving problems with students in all cases, because the behavior problem have a negative impact on students.

Transform In the next time I will try to follow strategies to address problem.
